With most search engines and 'Facebook event' pages, you have search long and hard to find the music and arts events we were interested in. Our aim would be to create a search engine/website that would give the user-specific categories to narrow down the search for any genre/style of the event they want to attend.
T=It was discussed, that through continued use of the website, the visuals/layout of the website would become tailored to the visuals of the events you are wanting to attend. A major focus of the website would be the reviews/culture of the events mentioned; this would give the audience a more authentic representation of the events in the Leeds area; examples of this would be the outfits, 'favorite songs/beat of the night', and the general atmosphere of the club/event.
To advertise this s=new site, it was brought up that maybe having individual stalls that would hand out pamphlets/maps to a location where people could pick up personalized cards, detailing the best events for that particular genre/style of event. These cards' designs would correspond with the aesthetic of the same event on the website.
